The ECO-SPONGE has been developed by Nam Liong since 2006 according to the WBCSD (World Business Council for Sustainable Development) index of ECO-EFFICIENCY). It has been adopted by many well-known brands and customers due to its green characteristics. Nam Liong understands that "Green Issues" should be a lasting concern and, therefore, we shall continue to innovate new products in the future following the 7 principles of WBCSD. |

To implement resources-recycle and reduce oil-dependence, Nam Liong developed PET yarns totally made from recycled PET bottles. More importantly, the PET bottles are exclusively recycled from Taiwan to avoid extra consumption of resources and energies during their transportation from overseas. The new series of RECYCLED PET fabrics include: "GT1 Standard Polyester Fabric", "GT8 Two Way Stretch Polyester Fabric", "GT4 Super Stretch AQ Fabric", "GT3 Super Stretch Fabric (Spandex)"...etc, and other customized fabrics. All NamLiong SEAMATE® ECO-SPONGE CR grade sponges are made from Limestone-based Chloroprene rubber purchased from JAPAN. Unlike conventional chloroprene rubber made from chemicals whose source is mainly petroleum, the raw materials of SEAMATE® ECO-SPONGE are from natural limestones. The consumption of petroleum is greatly reduced in their production processes. |

ECO-SS
ECO-SS is ECO-SPONGE (CR grade) with the best elasticity and flexibility. It is very suitable for materials used in spearfishing wetsuits, water sports or diving suits within 30-meter depth.
ECO-08 / ECO-04
ECO-08 and ECO-04 are CR grade of ECO-SPONGE which are suitable for diving suits, surfing suits, water sport activities, fishing suits, gloves, sport pads, medical pads, 3C bags... etc.
ECO-05
The characteristics of ECO-05 are high hardness, compression resistant, and good recovery. It can be laminated with a variety of fabrics to be applied as shoes insole.
ECO-03
ECO-03 is ECO-SPONGE of SBR grade. They are used in fishing suits, pants, shoes, gloves, sport and medical pads, horsing pads, general bags, 3C bags...etc. |
