Nam Liong Global בעיקר רוכשת חומרי גלם מספקים חיצוניים. שמונה פריטי רכש בעדיפות כוללים דבקיים (כולל תוספים לדבקיים, סוכנים כימיים וחומרי גומי), חוטים מיוחדים, פלסטיק פולימרי, סרטי חיבור עם לולאות, בדים, אביזרים וחומרי אריזה, סיבים מיוחדים ופולימרים. נפח הרכישה הכולל של חומרי גלם, בהתבסס על 80% העליונים לפי ערך רכישה לשנת 2024, עמד על 5,521.7 טון מטען, מתוכם 32.08 טון מטען היו חומרים מתחדשים.
בהמשך, Nam Liong Global נשארת מחויבת לפילוסופיה המונעת על ידי קיימות, מתמקדת בהגדלת רכישת חומרים מתחדשים ושיפור המיחזור והשימוש מחדש של פסולת, במטרה למקסם את היעילות של המשאבים ולמזער את ההשפעה הסביבתית תוך הבטחת איכות ובטיחות המוצר. נמשיך לחקור חומרים גלם חלופיים ידידותיים לסביבה העומדים בסטנדרטים בינלאומיים כגון הסטנדרט הגלובלי למחזור (GRS) והסמכת מועצת ניהול היערות (FSC), ובכך לקדם את הפיתוח של שרשרת אספקה ירוקה. בנוסף, אנו ננהל את המקורות והרכב חומרי הגלם כדי להבטיח שהמוצרים שלנו עומדים במלואם ביוזמות, תקנות והנחיות סביבתיות בינלאומיות, ובכך לחזק את האחריות הסביבתית שלנו ולהתקדם לעבר קיימות.

A supplier sustainability self-assessment mechanism is established to regularly evaluate their environmental and social conditions. In addition, inventory pressure is reduced and supply chain resilience strengthened through coordinated supplier material preparation and batched shipments, while in-house production lines are expanded to enhance autonomous manufacturing capabilities and quality control, thereby mitigating potential supply chain disruptions. ● מבחינת ניהול חומרים, Nam Liong Global continues to promote waste recycling and reuse initiatives, including the reintroduction of in-house production scraps and the off-site pyrolysis oil refining of waste rubber, thereby improving material utilization efficiency and reducing waste disposal costs.
