The Eco collection fastner is made of recycled marine waste fishing nets or socalled GHOST NETS, abandoned or lost fishing nets go through recycle process, wash, chop, rebuild to chip, fiber, yarn and finally reproduce into fabric, and to step it up a notch, the whole production process are fully upgraded to environmentally friendly VOC free chemicals. Obtain GRS certification in 2023.
In recent years, the awareness of environmental protection has attracted much attention, and enterprises and governments of all parties have vigorously promoted ESG sustainable development. In response to environmental protection policies, we have developed an environmentally friendly series of hook and loop fasteners, which are divided into two series: environmentally friendly recycled yarn hook and loop fasteners and environmentally friendly adhesive hook and loop fasteners.
★ VOC-free hook loop fastening tapes
In order to reduce VOCs air pollution waste generated in the production process of hook and loop fasteners, non-volatile solvent-based PU adhesives replace traditional organic solvent-based PU adhesives, which can effectively reduce VOCs emissions during the manufacturing process to less than 1% (compared with traditional organic solvents VOCs produced by PU rubber buttons are reduced by 74%) in line with the global environmental protection trend.
★Eco-friendly recycled yarn hook and loop
Eco-friendly recycled yarn made for recycling discarded fishing nets in the ocean, and hook and loop made with air-friendly solvent-free PU glue.
