Knit brushed fabrics provide strong strength but soft surface from width 42" - 60" (Approx. 1050mm - 1500mm). The best choice of wide range loop for converting, pre-fabricating or die-cutting process, applying to health care accessories, medical devices, polishing pads / discs, life-vests / jackets....etc.
Fabric treatment:
＊Light resin - To coat a very thin layer of resin for strengthen velour structure, whilist maintain its soft texture for 2nd process procedure, ie., lamination or glue coating.
＊PU coating - Velour to fix its structure with PU coating provides a strong and long life cycle ability, suitble for direct use.
