Nam Liong anti-static foam series is designed for static-sensitive environments, covering both rubber foam and EVA foam materials. With resistance ranges of approximately 10⁵–10⁹ Ω, the series provides static dissipative performance to help reduce static charge accumulation and ESD risk. Based on different polymer properties, it offers options for weather resistance, oil resistance, flame resistance, cushioning, and secondary fabrication, making it suitable for electronic components, PCBA, semiconductor equipment, automotive electronics, AI servers, and precision instrument packaging.
★ ASC series (CR-based): Surface resistance approximately 10⁵–10⁹ Ω. Provides static dissipative performance with flame resistance, oil resistance, and balanced mechanical properties.
★ NBR-1(T) (NBR-based): Surface resistance approximately 10⁶–10⁹ Ω. Offers oil resistance and static dissipative performance for automotive electronics, industrial equipment, motors, and protective parts used around oily environments.
★ AS-EP-10 (EPDM-based): Surface resistance approximately 10⁶–10⁹ Ω. Provides weather resistance, ozone resistance, and static dissipative performance for outdoor electronic equipment, communication devices, power equipment, and long-term exposure applications.
