It is suitable for electronic component packaging liners, IC and PCBA cushioning protection, ESD tray pads, precision instrument packaging, jig cushioning pads, and packaging materials that require static control. When an application requires lightweight cushioning, easy converting, and static dissipative performance, AS-EVA is more suitable than standard EVA foam.
Standard EVA foam is mainly used for cushioning, filling, and shock absorption, but it can accumulate static charge through friction. Static Dissipative EVA Foam adds static dissipative performance to the EVA foam base. Depending on the model, it can provide an approximate resistance range of 10⁶–10⁹ Ω or 10⁷–10⁹ Ω, helping reduce static charge accumulation.
Choose AS-EVA when the application focuses on electronic packaging liners, tray pads, lightweight protection, cost control, or easy secondary processing. If the application requires stronger flame resistance, oil resistance, weather resistance, ozone resistance, or long-term environmental durability, ASC, NBR-1(T), or AS-EP-10 anti-static rubber foam can be evaluated based on the requirement.
