To ensure the effective operation and continual improvement of the company’s Information Security Management System (ISMS), and to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our critical information assets, this Information Security Policy is hereby promulgated. It serves as the guiding principle for all employees in their daily work to safeguard company interests and reduce information security risks. All colleagues are expected to understand and implement the policy to align with the organization’s goals and ensure the needs of continuous business operations are met.

To strengthen information security governance, all employees shall implement information security management and foster a shared understanding that “Information security is everyone’s responsibility.” Regular annual training and awareness programs shall be conducted to enhance employees’ understanding of information security risks and ensure compliance with relevant policies. Any violations of information security policies will be handled in accordance with the company’s personnel reward and discipline procedures to ensure the effective implementation of information security standards.

To reinforce information security defenses, all employees of the company shall faithfully implement the information security management system, adopt appropriate protection measures, and mitigate the risks of information asset leakage, damage, or loss due to external threats or internal management negligence. Continuous risk monitoring, auditing, and review shall be conducted to ensure the effective operation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), safeguard stable operations, and support the company’s goal of sustainable development.
