By using renewable raw materials, the dependence to the crude oil and CO2 emissions have been reduced. From the natural rubber raw materials into finished goods, every step we take is to help protecting and to being responsible for the forests. Nam Liong BIO-II™ Bio-based Rubber Sponge is 100% neoprene free*, but with the good performance of the ordinary neoprene rubber sponge, such as the warm-keeping, the weather durability and the buffer. BIO-II™ Rubber Sponge is suitable for diving suits, surfing suit, bag, shoes, medical/sports supports and so on.
In BIO-II™ Rubber Sponge series, there are four models, which contain different percentage of the bio-based rubber and the natural resources with various physical properties.
BIO-SS PLUS Bio-based rubber sponge / USDA, OEKO-TEX 100 certified
90% of bio-based rubber content. Bio-based raw materials, such as sugar cane, seashell powder, rubber tree and non-edible plant oil are used to replace some of the petroleum-based raw materials. USDA approved bio-based product.
BIO-SS Bio-based rubber sponge / USDA, OEKO-TEX 100 certified
75% of bio-based rubber content. Bio-based raw materials, such as sugar cane, seashell powder, rubber tree and non-edible plant oil are used to replace some of the petroleum-based raw materials. USDA approved bio-based product.
BIO-08 Bio-based rubber sponge / USDA, OEKO-TEX 100 certified
65% of bio-based rubber content. Bio-based raw materials, such as seashell powder, rubber tree and non-edible plant oil are used to replace some of the petroleum-based raw materials. USDA approved bio-based product.
BIO-S2H Bio-based rubber sponge
30% of bio-based rubber content. Bio-based raw materials, such as seashell powder, rubber tree and non-edible plant oil are used to replace some of the petroleum-based raw materials. Suitable for shoe and bag applications.
