What Thermoplastic Elastomer Laminate provides is more than just the foam. ECoreBond™ is the thermoplastic elastomer sponge laminated with fashionable and/or functional fabrics by non-solvent based adhesion. The eco-friendly foam is 40% lighter than ordinary rubber sponge and the color can be customized for better appearance design. It can replace the application of Chloroprene Rubber laminate on sport gear, bag and footwear. What Thermoplastic Elastomer Laminate provides is more than just the foam. ECoreBond™ is the thermoplastic elastomer sponge laminated with fashionable and/or functional fabrics by non-solvent based adhesion. The eco-friendly foam is 40% lighter than ordinary rubber sponge and the color can be customized for better appearance design. It can replace the application of Chloroprene Rubber laminate on sport gear, bag and footwear.
Either the water-based or Polyurethane Reactive (PUR) hot melt adhesive makes the laminates meet the expectation of the international markets more.
