This fabric is constructed with 100% interlock knitting using Nomex® fiber, providing inherent and permanent heat resistance. The fluorescent color offers high visibility, making it especially suitable for glove exteriors and protective garment reinforcements where enhanced visibility is required. With its stretchable structure and comfortable hand feel, this fabric ensures ease of movement and long-lasting wearability. It is ideally suited for applications in gas and electric utilities, linemen, oil and gas operations, welding, construction, and electrical work.
Applications
- For industrial and FR gloves, used on outer shells and back-of-hand panels for heat resistance and visibility.
- For oil, gas, and electrical work gloves, used in heat-exposed and high-mobility zones requiring both protection and comfort.
- For flame-resistant protective garments, integrated into arms, legs, and upper body areas.

Tear Resistant, Anti-Abrasion, Lightweight Technical Kevlar® Fabric For A European Workwear Brand
Nam Liong's functional Kevlar® filled fabric has passed ASMT D3886 tear and abrasion resistance tests, in addition to ISO tests. The short fiber knitted fabric would meet EN 388: 2016 level 5 standards. Fabric anti-abrasion and water repellency treatments, including chemical coating, adhesion and dyeing treatments, will be conducted to maximize the performance.
