Puncture Resistant Fabric
TT-23580 is a high tensile fabric made by filament polyester. Its high density weave design makes it highly effective for puncture and needle-proof resistance. The base fabric is 100% polyester, and its single-layer structure provides excellent scratch and puncture protection.
This material has been tested internally using the EN388 6.5-16 method. It can reach the puncture resistance rating of level 3. In addition, it can achieve level 1 rating under ASTMF2878-10 standard. These properties make it ideal for use in products designed to prevent punctures and needle penetration, such as safety gloves, protective gear, and the inner layers of backpacks. It is also suitable for pet training accessories, which offers excellent protection against scratches, bites, and clawing.
With its high tensile strength and tear resistance, TT-23580 can also be applied in hunting apparel, work clothes, and reinforcement patches in work trousers.
