SUPRACOAT is a breakthrough fluorine-free, water-repellent coating solution that leverages innovative technology and high-performance properties—capturing the opportunity for green upgrades in functional textiles.
This advanced coating delivers outstanding water repellency (100, AATCC TM22), a contact angle greater than 90°, and water pressure resistance of up to 20,000 mmH₂O. Compared with traditional C0 and C6 water-repellent finishes, SUPRACOAT can enhance fabric tensile strength and elongation by over 7.5%, tear strength by more than 10%, and abrasion resistance by more than 150% (results may vary depending on fabric type).
In addition, the formulation is expected to comply with international environmental standards including REACH, RoHS, and Bluesign®, supporting brands in their pursuit of high performance alongside sustainable, safe, and reliable product value.
