In order to reduce dependence on petroleum and decrease carbon footprint emissions, we actively use renewable raw materials such as sugarcane, oyster shells, and non-edible plant oils, to develop a range of bio-based foams.

ā¢ Reduce Mineral Extraction and Pollution: Replacing mineral powder with bi-shell powder, effectively reducing resource extraction and lowering marine environmental pollution.

Bio-based Rubber Sponge is the USDA (the United States Department of Agriculture) certificated bio-based Light-weight Rubber Foam under Biopreferred(r) program.Applications: Diving suit, surfing suit, water sport suit, spearfishing suit, gloves, sport/medical supports, bag and so on.
Bio-based Thermoplastic Sponge (EVA, PE)
Bio-based EVA foam (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate sponge) and Bio-based PE foam (Polyethylene sponge) are made of sugarcane and oyster shell, which have lower impact to the earth environment. Applications: Footwear, sports & leisure products, toys, flooring/yoga mat, packaging, medical device, protective gears, watersport products and so on.
